Samsung smartphone installment pilot — LLC "Harvest Machinery Rentals"

1. What this program is

This is an asset installment sale program: you make an initial payment and then pay off the remaining price of a Samsung smartphone in fixed installments. LLC "Harvest Machinery Rentals" is not a bank or a licensed credit organization, and this program is not a consumer loan or line of credit.

2. Eligibility

• Applicant must be of legal age and hold a valid identity document.
• A valid contact phone number and address are required.
• Additional requirements may apply and will be confirmed during the application review.

3. Payments

• An initial payment is due before the device is issued.
• The remaining balance is paid in equal monthly installments, as set out in your signed agreement.
• Early payoff is allowed at any time with no penalty.

4. If a payment is late

You will receive a reminder before and after the due date. If a payment remains overdue, the device may be temporarily restricted using Samsung Knox Guard until the overdue amount is paid — this is disclosed and agreed to in advance through a separate signed consent. The restriction is lifted automatically once payment is received.

5. Ownership

The device remains the property of LLC "Harvest Machinery Rentals" until the full price has been paid. Ownership transfers to you automatically upon the final payment, and all device-management restrictions are removed permanently.
