LLC "Harvest Machinery Rentals" — equipment rental and smartphone installment pilot

1. What data we collect

Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, email, ID document number.
Payment records: amounts paid, due dates, outstanding balance.
For financed devices only: device model, IMEI, and payment-status signals reported by Samsung Knox Guard (enrollment status, lock/unlock state, last check-in time).

2. Why we collect it

To verify your identity and set up a rental or installment agreement.
To track payments and send reminders.
To operate Knox Guard as agreed in your signed consent — sending reminders, protecting the device against unauthorized firmware changes, and temporarily restricting the device if a payment is overdue.

3. What Knox Guard does not do

Knox Guard is limited to payment-status and anti-tampering functions. It does not give us access to your messages, photos, call history, browsing activity, or other personal content stored on the device.

4. How long we keep data

Payment and agreement records are kept for the duration of the agreement and for the period required by applicable record-keeping law afterward. Once a device is fully paid off, all Knox Guard management restrictions are permanently removed from that device.

5. Your rights and consent

Enrollment in Knox Guard requires your explicit written consent, given before signing the installment agreement. You may ask us questions about how your data is used at any time by contacting us below.
